Matching all customers' and consumers' requirements DBPE aims at permanent elaboration of our work quality, as it is regarded in the Order as one of the key principles of our work. It proceeds from the following facts:

1) Both Customer and Consumer seek for products that fulfill their expectations;
2) High quality is mainly achieved through early problem prevention alongside identification and elimination of problems;
3) Each person participating in the process of our product invention influences the product quality;
4) The idea of maintaining high quality of work requires permanent enhancement of the work processing, thus new solutions are unceasingly searched for;
5) Being at the same time a consumer and a customer, each employee has the right to expect qualified work from their colleagues.

In April 24, 2007 the PEDB was pronounced the winner with the project "Automatic system of radiation control ARMS-2006" at The Fair of Innovative Solutions for the Nuclear Power Plant 2006 and of Modern Technological Nuclear Power Platform in Moscow.
